A new Digitalisation Voucher is now available to eligible companies to allow them to refine their digital strategy and develop a digital plan.

Under the Government’s Sustaining Enterprise and Accelerated Recovery Fund, an additional €51m in funding has been announced, which includes the €9,000 Digitalisation Vouchers. The Voucher is a 100% funded grant and will help support Irish companies as they recover and adapt to the new way of operating.

Covid-19 has transformed how businesses operate and how they connect with their customers. However, by embracing this change and further enhancing the digitilisation of the business, they can expect to create additional revenue streams and speed up their recovery from the impact of Covid-19 closures.

The voucher can be used to access services, both technical or advisory up to a value of €9,000.  These services should look to examine the current processes and systems in place to determine the best course of action for the business. The service provider can also be used to review and improve the existing customer journey or to optimise how the business collects and uses data.
